Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1000 USD deposit. Cancellations made between September 1st, 2025 and January 1st, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between January 2nd, 2026 and Feb. 1st, 2026 will result in a loss of 75% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between Feb. 2nd, 2026 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)

Trip Insurance

Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended. In the event of illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions, insurance may reimburse you. (Take the recent tsunami we recently had.) We cannot offer exceptions to this policy outside the refund windows above.

If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
